Following the Senate’s overwhelmingly bipartisan passage of the Marketplace Fairness Act earlier this year, supporters of e-fairness enjoy a great deal of momentum as the effort to establish a level playing field for all retailers moves to the House of Representatives. It is important that we carry this momentum through the summer and into the fall while Members of Congress are home for the summer recess. Here’s what you can do to help!
